Mi Portable Photo Printer Paper provides replacement consumables for the matching Mi Portable Photo Printer. This pack contains twenty sheets arranged as two sets of ten, together with two orange setup cards. Each sheet measures 50 × 76mm, the size commonly described as 2 × 3 inches. Check that your printer uses this specific paper format before loading it.
The paper uses ZINK thermal printing technology. Colour-forming material is built into the sheet, and the compatible printer creates the image by applying controlled heat. There is no separate liquid ink cartridge to install for these prints. The paper includes an overcoat layer, a colour-forming layer and a backing layer, all working together as a dedicated printing consumable rather than ordinary blank office paper.
A sticky backing allows a finished print to be attached to a suitable surface after the backing is removed. This is useful for photo journals, albums, personal projects and compact displays. Keep the backing in place until you are ready to position the photo. The actual printed colours and detail depend on the source image and the compatible printer settings.
Load the paper through the printer’s sliding tray cover. Xiaomi recommends loading a complete pack at a time, with the orange calibration card at the bottom and its barcode facing down. The corresponding printer tray holds up to ten sheets, so this twenty-sheet supply is split into two ten-sheet sets. Close the cover after loading and follow the printer’s instructions for calibration and printing.
This product is the paper refill, and the Mi Portable Photo Printer is purchased separately. The twenty-sheet pack differs from the fifty-sheet option described on Xiaomi’s specifications page.
