The Xiaomi 22.5W Power Adapter (Type-A, UK) provides one USB-A charging connection in a White mains adapter. Its three-pin UK plug is intended for a compatible socket, while the single output port connects to a suitable charging cable for your device. The package contains the charger, a user manual and a warranty notice. A charging cable is not listed in the official package contents and should be selected separately.
The maximum rated output is 22.5W in the supported 10V, 2.25A charging mode. Other published profiles are 5V at 3A for 15W, 9V at 2.23A for approximately 20W and 12V at 1.67A for approximately 20W. A connected device must support the relevant charging arrangement to use its available output. The USB-A connector alone does not establish that a phone or accessory will charge at the maximum rating.
Charging speed varies with the device, battery level, charging conditions and cable. Choose a USB-A cable with the correct device-side connector and support for the intended charging mode. This adapter has one output port, so it is designed to charge one connected device at a time. It supplies charging power; no data-transfer function is specified for the adapter itself.
The input rating is 100–240V AC at 50/60Hz and 0.6A. That voltage range can suit mains supplies in different locations, but the physical plug still needs a compatible socket. The stated body dimensions are 67.8 × 41.45 × 26.5mm, excluding the prongs. Allow space for the plug and cable when considering the position of a socket or nearby equipment. Xiaomi specifies an operating temperature range of −10°C to 40°C.
Xiaomi describes flame-resistant materials and several electrical protections, including overvoltage, overcurrent, overheating, short-circuit and undervoltage protection. Its published list also covers abnormal circuit impedance, static electricity, lightning and electromagnetic-field protection. These features form part of the adapter’s design alongside its stated input and output ratings. Follow the manufacturer’s instructions for connection, use and storage, and keep the charger and charging connection dry. Select compatible equipment and check the charging response on your device during the initial setup.
