Product details
The Xiaomi 6A Braided USB-C to USB-C Cable (2m) connects devices through USB-C plugs at both ends. Its White braided exterior combines braided yarn and TPE, while the 2m length gives a defined reach between your charger and device. This version is supplied as one cable with a warranty notice and packaging. A charging adapter is separate, so select an appropriate power source for the device you intend to charge.
The cable has a nominal current rating of 6A and supports compatible Xiaomi charging arrangements up to 120W. This is a cable capability rather than a promise that every connected device will receive 120W. The charger, connected device and their supported charging protocols determine the power actually used. Xiaomi lists compatibility with its 100W, 90W, 67W, 45W and 33W chargers, together with PD3.0, QC2.0 and QC3.0 protocols.
For file transfers, the USB 2.0 Type-C to Type-C connection supports speeds up to 480Mbps. Both devices must support data transfer through their USB-C ports, and actual transfer speed depends on the connected equipment and files. The USB-C connector shape does not make this a USB4 cable or establish support for external display output. Choose it for its published charging and USB 2.0 data functions.
The reinforced braided covering helps the cable retain a durable exterior for everyday connection and storage. Xiaomi reports more than 10,000 connector insertion and removal cycles, more than 20,000 bending tests at ±90 degrees and tensile strength above 100N in its testing. These figures describe test conditions and should not be interpreted as a fixed lifespan for every pattern of use.
This 2m version weighs 69.5g, excluding packaging and the user manual, and has a stated cable diameter of 4.0mm. Check the required distance between your socket, charger and device before choosing a length. Leave enough room for comfortable routing without pulling on either connector. Connect the plugs securely, keep the connection points clean and dry, and disconnect by holding the connector rather than pulling the cable. It can serve compatible smartphones, tablets, laptops and other USB-C devices within the published charging and data limits.
