Soundcore Life Q20+ brings over-ear listening, hybrid active noise cancellation and app adjustment into a Black wireless headphone. Two forty-millimetre drivers handle the left and right channels. A padded headband and memory-foam ear cushions support the fit, while the rotating joints let the earcups settle around your ears. Adjust the position for comfort before starting a longer listening session.
Bluetooth 5.0 connects to compatible phones, tablets and computers. SBC and AAC audio codecs are supported. Multipoint pairing connects two devices so you can move between their audio without repeating the full pairing process. Only one connected source plays at a time: pause the current device before starting playback from the other one.
Hybrid noise cancellation uses internal and external microphones to reduce surrounding low- and mid-frequency noise. The NC button switches between ANC, transparency and Normal modes. Transparency lets more ambient sound through, while the soundcore app provides listening-mode settings, equaliser adjustment and supported firmware updates. The manufacturer lists twenty-two preset equaliser options alongside custom adjustment.
The exact-model user manual specifies up to forty hours of playback with ANC and sixty hours with ANC off. These figures are reference limits rather than guaranteed endurance. Listening volume, content, connection conditions and use affect real-world battery life. USB-C recharges the headphones; the manual lists approximately three hours for a full charge. Do not use the headphones while charging.
A separate 3.5mm AUX connection supports wired listening from a suitable audio source. Inserting an audio cable switches the headphones to AUX mode and turns off Bluetooth and ANC. The manufacturer lists a response of 20Hz to 20kHz over Bluetooth and 16Hz to 40kHz through AUX. Wired calls depend on the connected device’s microphone because the standard audio cable has no built-in microphone.
Physical buttons control playback, tracks, volume and supported call actions. A long press can activate Siri or another voice-assistant service supported by the connected device. Keep the USB port dry before charging, use an appropriate USB-C cable and power source, and follow the user manual for pairing, app setup and resetting. Clean the headband and earcups gently with a suitable cloth.
