Product details
Anker 322 USB-A to USB-C Cable connects a USB-C device to a compatible USB-A charger, computer or other host. This version is approximately 0.9 metres long, commonly described as three feet. Black and White finishes are available under this listing, with a braided exterior suited to everyday charging and file transfer.
The two ends have different connectors. The rectangular USB-A plug fits a USB-A output or host port, while the smaller USB-C connector goes into a compatible receiving device. Check both ports before choosing the cable. A charger with only USB-C outputs requires a USB-C to USB-C cable instead. This cable does not connect directly to a Lightning port.
USB 2.0 supports data transfer at up to 480 megabits per second between compatible connected devices. Actual transfer speed depends on the host, receiving device, file sizes and operating conditions. Charging also depends on the equipment connected at each end. The cable alone cannot add a charging protocol that the charger or device does not support.
The manufacturer lists USB-IF certification and a durable braided design. These features support dependable everyday use, but normal care remains necessary. Hold the connector body when unplugging and avoid pulling on the cable. Do not trap the cable under furniture or force a tight bend immediately beside either connector. Keep connectors clean and dry before connecting them.
The short length is convenient for a desk, nearby charging point or travel bag. It can also connect an appropriate USB-C phone to a compatible USB-A computer for supported syncing functions. Compatibility depends on the connected equipment and its software. Manufacturer notes exclude video display through this cable; choose a suitable display connection when that function is required.
Select the colour that suits your setup. The charger, phone and computer shown in illustrative photographs are separate items. Follow the safety and operating instructions supplied with the connected devices, and inspect the cable before use. If a connector or the braided covering becomes damaged, replace the cable rather than continuing to use it.
