This Xiaomi Robot Vacuum Main Brush replaces the central cleaning roller for the S10, S12, X20 and S40C accessory family. The pack contains one main brush and one cleaning tool. It is a replacement for the robot’s existing roller assembly, rather than a complete vacuum cleaner. The robot, charging dock, brush cover, side brush and mop components are supplied separately.
The roller combines V-shaped rubber elements with bristles. During cleaning, this arrangement sweeps dust toward the compatible robot’s suction opening. The flexible design follows the floor as the cleaner moves. The brush assists the robot’s mechanical sweeping process; it does not have an independent motor, battery or suction specification of its own.
Xiaomi describes the brush as wear-resistant and washable for repeated use. Its bearings are removable to help with installation and cleaning. Follow the robot manual when removing the assembly and separating any serviceable parts. Washing instructions apply to this accessory, rather than to the powered robot body. Allow cleaned parts to dry as the cleaner’s instructions require before reinstalling them.
The supplied cleaning tool helps clear debris from the bristles and remove tangled hair from the main brush or side brush. Use it carefully, following the safety guidance on the tool and in the robot manual. Routine inspection is useful in homes where long hair, fluff or other material can accumulate around the roller and its end fittings.
Switch off the robot before opening the brush compartment. After fitting the replacement, check that the roller ends are correctly seated and that the original cover closes securely. Keep the cleaner’s remaining required parts installed. Maintenance frequency depends on how often the robot runs and the type of debris it collects, so use the model’s instructions for its recommended inspection and replacement schedule.
