The Xiaomi Rechargeable Mini Fan brings compact ventilation to a desk, table or handheld setting. Its white ABS body measures 170 by 87 by 250mm and weighs 0.67kg. The narrow base takes up little space, while an anti-slip pad helps it remain stable on a suitable surface. It is a portable Mini model, separate from Xiaomi’s larger standing fans.
Seven wing-shaped blades work with a brushless DC motor to produce a gentle airflow. Four speed settings are selected with the multi-function rotary knob, and the illuminated indicators show the selected level. Xiaomi reports airflow of around six cubic metres per minute, with its detailed high-speed test measuring 6.3 cubic metres per minute. Actual airflow depends on the selected setting and surroundings.
The rechargeable battery has a stated capacity of 4000mAh. At the lowest speed without oscillation, Xiaomi’s laboratory test recorded approximately 18.5 hours of operation after a full charge. Its higher-speed test recorded around four hours under different test conditions. Treat these as setting-dependent test results rather than a guarantee of identical runtime in every situation.
USB Type-C charging allows connection to a suitable power adapter or power bank. Rated power is 10W at 5V, and Xiaomi recommends a source capable of supplying at least 5V and 2A. The power adapter or power bank is purchased separately. The UK support page describes approximately three hours to charge while switched off with a suitable adapter.
Automatic horizontal oscillation covers 90 degrees. The head can also be adjusted manually through its vertical range to direct the airflow. Controls are on the fan itself: this Mini model does not support the Xiaomi Home app or a handheld remote. A fitted aroma cotton pad may be used with separately purchased suitable essential oil, following the manufacturer’s instructions.
For maintenance, the front guard can be removed as directed to wipe the blades and guards with a soft cloth. Switch the fan off first, protect the electrical components and refit the guard and retaining screw securely. Keep the charging cable and source appropriate for the specified input. The official package contains the fan body, charging cable and user manual; it does not list a power adapter.
