The Eufy Indoor Cam S350 combines two camera lenses in a movable indoor unit. A 4K wide-angle camera provides the broad view, while a 2K telephoto camera helps inspect detail at a distance. This White S350 is the dual-lens model, with supported zoom, tracking and recording features managed through the eufy Security app.
The wide lens records at 3840 by 2160 pixels, and the telephoto lens at 2304 by 1296 pixels. Both have f/1.6 apertures. The wide lens has a published 130-degree diagonal field of view, compared with 46 degrees for the telephoto lens. Pan-and-tilt movement lets you change the viewing direction without repositioning the camera body.
The dual-camera arrangement provides three-times optical zoom and up to eight-times hybrid zoom. AI tracking can follow detected people or pets, while human, pet, crying, motion and audio detection support configurable alerts. Choose the relevant monitoring and sensitivity settings for the room, then test the camera’s response from its intended position.
Infrared night vision supports viewing after dark. Full-duplex two-way audio allows communication through the connected app. Privacy mode moves the camera towards a preset wall or other chosen direction and stops recording. Configure that direction during setup so the privacy action uses the position you intend.
The S350 supports both 2.4GHz and 5GHz Wi-Fi. Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant smart displays can show the supported live view, while Apple HomeKit is not supported. HomeBase S380 compatibility requires firmware version V3.3.2.6 or later. Review the available app and hub settings after updating the camera and connected devices.
Local storage uses a separately purchased Class 10 microSD card up to 128GB or a compatible HomeBase 3. Continuous and event recording are available, with optional cloud services subject to their selected settings. The camera needs a 5V/2A supply through USB-C and is intended for indoor use at zero to forty degrees Celsius. It measures 65.5 by 80 by 104mm and weighs approximately 240g. Supplied accessories include the power adapter, USB cable, wall mount, mounting hardware and documentation. Follow the installation instructions and test viewing, playback and alerts before completing setup.
