Taking cine characteristics and squeezing them into an action camera form factor, the GoPro MISSION 1 PRO ILS features an MFT lens mount, a 50MP 1″ image sensor, and a GP3 processor to easily capture up to 8K30 and 4K120 Open Gate video. Dedicated low-light capture and a wide 14-stop dynamic range make for efficient image capture in any environment. A 159° field of view and enhanced zooming modes ensure you don’t miss any of the action. Swap between different Micro Four Thirds mount lenses for flexibility on set. Other updates include improved battery life and thermal performance for increased dependability. The native mount on the MISSION 1 PRO ILS camera lets you swap between different MFT lenses. Easily swap focal lengths while keeping a lightweight form factor, thanks to the small design of most MFT lenses.
- GP3 Processor & 1″ Image Sensor: The new GP3 processor and increased 1″ image sensor work in tandem with one another for sharper footage with faster frame rates. The MISSION 1 series delivers twice the pixel processing power over other GoPro models for natural, cinematic video and minimal noise in low-light or night applications. Quad Bayer mode unlocks 2x video zoom and 12MP mode in 4K shooting scenarios.
- 8K & 4K Open Gate: The MISSION 1 series easily captures Open Gate footage, a taller 4:3 video frame than other capture modes. Open Gate is available in both 8K30 and 4K120 resolutions for more flexibility in editing, reframing, and content delivery.
- 50MP Raw Photo Capture: Take up to 50MP 12-bit raw photos or use Quad Bayer mode and shoot 12MP raw with dual gain for brighter final products. Other photo modes include interval and burst shooting, ensuring you don’t miss any of the action.
- Smarter AI Algorithms: An advanced Neural Processor Unit with 4x the processing power operates real-time subject detection for objects and people. The NPU also enhances sharpness and reduces noise to keep your footage crisp and clean.
- HyperSmooth Stabilization: The MISSION 1 series HyperSmooth protocol features fine-tuned performance for action sports and underwater activities. AutoBost adjusts your shot based on speed and movement, while Horizon Lock keeps your footage level even when rotating a full 360°.
- Comprehensive Audio Capture: Four built-in microphones easily capture stereo 32-bit float audio and adjust for unforeseen disturbances using wind noise reduction. Additional automatic gain control allows for precise limiting. Connect a USB-C or wireless audio device using the onboard port or via Bluetooth in tandem with the GoPro Wireless Mic Transmitter.
- Intelligent Shooting Modes: Internal creative modes like Vlog and Low Light use advanced algorithms and neural libraries to achieve your creative vision.
