Logitech M720 Triathlon Price in Kenya
The Logitech M720 Triathlon price in Kenya is Ksh 5,200. The M720 is the “Pro for the People.” It is designed for the modern multi-tasker who manages several devices at once—perhaps a Windows laptop for work, an iPad for creative sessions, and an Android TV at home. True to its name, the “Triathlon” lets you switch between three different devices with the press of a single button.
This mouse is effectively a more affordable cousin to the flagship MX Master 3S. It shares many of the same high-end features, including Hyper-Fast scrolling (allowing you to fly through a 1,000-row Excel sheet in seconds) and a dedicated gesture button hidden in the thumb rest. It is a full-sized, sculpted mouse that provides excellent palm support, making it the perfect choice for Kenyan professionals who spend long hours at their desks and need a tool that can keep up with their pace.
Durability is at the core of the M720. Its buttons are built to withstand up to 10 million clicks, and its battery efficiency is legendary, offering 24 months of power on a single AA battery

Why You’ll Love It
- Easy-Switch Technology: Pair with up to 3 computers or tablets and switch instantly, so that you don’t have to constantly unpair and re-pair when moving from your laptop to your tablet.
- Hyper-Fast Scrolling: The dual-mode wheel spins freely for speed or ratchets for precision, so that you can navigate long PDFs and dense code as fast as you can think.
- Logitech Flow Enabled: Move your cursor across three computers and even copy/paste text and files between them, so that your cross-device workflow is completely seamless.
- Hidden Gesture Button: A stealthy button in the thumb rest lets you perform custom actions (like switching desktops), so that you have a trackpad-like experience on a physical mouse.
- 8 Programmable Buttons: Customize the mouse to your specific needs using Logi Options+, so that your most-used shortcuts are always just a click away.
- 2-Year Battery King: It lasts up to 24 months on one AA battery, so that you have the convenience of wireless without the constant need for charging cables.

Hyper-Fast “Infinite” Scrolling
The scroll wheel on the M720 is special. It has a mechanical toggle button just behind the wheel. In “Ratchet” mode, it clicks precisely for navigating line-by-line. In “Hyper-Fast” mode, the friction is removed, and the wheel spins freely for up to 10 seconds. If you are an auditor, developer, or researcher dealing with massive documents, this feature alone makes the M720 worth the investment.
The “Hidden” Thumb Button (Gestures)
Most users don’t realize there is a third button on the thumb rest, located at the very bottom where your thumb sits. When you hold this button and move the mouse (Up, Down, Left, or Right), it triggers “Gestures.” For example, on a Mac, you can swipe up for Mission Control, or on Windows, you can swipe left to snap windows. It effectively gives you 5 buttons in one.
Logitech Flow: The “Magic” Link
If you have a desktop and a laptop sitting next to each other, Logitech Flow (via Logi Options+ software) allows the M720 to act like they are one big screen. Move the mouse to the edge of your laptop screen, and it “jumps” onto your desktop screen. You can even copy a file on one computer and paste it onto the other. It eliminates the need for flash drives to move small files or text snippets.
Unifying Receiver vs. Bluetooth
The M720 comes with the Logitech Unifying Receiver. This is a special USB dongle that can connect up to 6 compatible Logitech devices (like keyboards and mice) at once, saving you USB ports. For your tablet or secondary laptop, you can use the Bluetooth connection, giving you the best of both worlds.
Who Is This Perfect For?
- The Multi-Computer User: You have a dedicated office PC but often work on your personal MacBook simultaneously. The Easy-Switch button makes managing both a breeze.
- The Spreadsheet Power User: If your day consists of scrolling through thousands of rows in Excel, the Hyper-Fast wheel is a literal life-saver for your index finger.
- The Remote Professional: You want the features of a premium “MX Master” mouse but prefer the price point of the M720. It offers 90% of the flagship performance for nearly half the price.
Alternatives & Competitors
- Logitech Signature M650: Cheaper (Ksh 5,000) and has silent clicks, but lacks multi-device switching and Hyper-Fast scrolling.
- Logitech MX Master 3S: The ultimate pro mouse (Ksh 12,000+). Better ergonomics, 8000 DPI, and rechargeable, but much more expensive.
- Microsoft Precision Mouse: Similar size and multi-device support, but typically more expensive and lacks the infinite scroll wheel.
Frequently Asked Questions
- Does it have silent clicks? No, the M720 has standard, tactile mechanical clicks. If you need a silent multi-device mouse, consider the Logitech M590 or the Logitech M240.
- Is it rechargeable? No, it uses a single AA battery. However, with a 24-month lifespan, you only need to change the battery once every two years.
- Will it work with my iPad?Yes! It connects seamlessly via Bluetooth to iPads and Android tablets.
- What is the difference between this and the MX Master? The M720 is slightly smaller, uses a replaceable AA battery (MX is rechargeable), and has 1000 DPI (MX has 8000 DPI). The MX also has a thumb scroll wheel which the M720 lacks.
- Can I customize what the buttons do?Absolutely. Download the Logi Options+ app on your PC or Mac to remap any of the 8 buttons to perform your favorite shortcuts.
