Soundcore Boom 2 SE delivers portable Bluetooth audio in a Black enclosure with an integrated carrying handle. Two full-range drivers provide a combined 30W output, while BassUp adds stronger bass when you want more impact from your music. Its straightforward physical controls make everyday playback easy to manage at home, in the garden or during outdoor gatherings.
Bluetooth 5.3 connects the speaker to a compatible phone, tablet or computer. The built-in microphone supports calls from the connected phone, and the playback button can answer, end or reject supported calls. There is no AUX input, so a wired analogue audio source cannot connect directly. The USB connections serve charging functions rather than providing an advertised USB music-player feature.
The soundcore app provides equaliser adjustments, volume control, battery information and firmware updates. Presets include Signature, Voice, Balance and Xtra Bass, giving you different starting points for music and spoken content. You can also adjust the automatic power-off time and switch startup voice prompts on or off. The speaker normally powers off after 20 minutes without audio input.
Two Boom 2 SE speakers can pair using True Wireless Stereo for separate left and right playback. PartyCast also supports shared audio with compatible soundcore speakers. Pairing and synchronisation depend on the participating models and their supported functions. This listing supplies one speaker; additional units for stereo or group listening are purchased separately.
The rechargeable battery has a specified capacity of 3100mAh at 7.2V. Soundcore quotes up to 18 hours of playback at 50% volume with BassUp switched off. Actual listening time varies with music, volume and equaliser settings. A full charge takes approximately four hours using a suitable 5V/3A adapter through the USB-C input.
A USB-A output provides up to 5W of charging power for a compatible phone or accessory. Charging another device uses the speaker’s battery and can reduce listening time. IPX7 protection supports the speaker’s water-resistant design, and the body floats. Close the waterproof cover securely before water exposure and dry the connection before charging.
The package contains one Boom 2 SE, a 60cm USB-C to USB-C cable and a quick-start guide. A wall charger is sold separately. The handle and stable base support convenient carrying and placement between suitable listening locations.
