Soundcore C30i uses an open-ear clip design that rests around the outer ear rather than sealing the ear canal. The earbuds use oval 12mm by 17mm dynamic drivers with titanium-coated diaphragms. Their open-ear design directs sound towards the ear while leaving the canal open. The 3D effect should not be interpreted as head tracking or a guaranteed named cinema audio format.

Touch controls support playback, calls and other configured actions. The UK specification table lists two microphones for calls. Position the speaker section towards your ear canal and the control area behind the ear, then slide each clip gently until it sits comfortably. The firm shell retains its shape; avoid treating it like a flexible ear hook. Ear grips are external fit accessories rather than in-ear tips.
The manufacturer quotes up to ten hours of playback from the earbuds and 30 hours total including the case. Ten minutes of charging provides up to three hours under its stated conditions. The guide lists approximately two hours for a full recharge, using the supplied USB charging cable. Actual battery life varies with volume, calls, settings and environment.
IPX4 water resistance applies to the earbuds, without establishing the same protection for the case.
