Soundcore Glow Mini Specifications

360° Audio with Passive Radiator

Most small speakers fire in a single direction, creating “dead zones” where the music sounds muffled. The Glow Mini utilizes a vertically aligned 8W driver that projects sound upwards against a conical deflector. It acts like a central fountain of audio. This ensures that the sound waves spread evenly across 360 degrees.

A hidden passive radiator at the base works in tandem with the main driver to reinforce low frequencies. It functions like a miniature subwoofer. This mechanical synergy allows the speaker to produce deep, resonant bass that you wouldn’t expect from something under four inches tall.

Beat-Sync Light Architecture

The Glow Mini features a sophisticated LED array that isn’t just a static light; it’s reactive hardware. It works like a digital conductor for your music. The onboard processor analyzes the rhythm and frequency of your audio in real-time, translating the beats into pulses of light and color.

Through the Soundcore app, you can switch between five distinct lighting themes. This allows you to customize the visual energy of your room. From a slow, warm “Romantic Stroll” to a high-energy “Euphoric Dance,” the lighting enhances the emotional impact of every track.

IP67 Floatable Engineering

Many “waterproof” speakers sink if they fall into a pool, but the Glow Mini is engineered with a buoyancy-balanced chassis. It acts like a high-tech life jacket for your music. The IP67 rating means it is completely sealed against dust and can survive submersion in one meter of water for 30 minutes.

Because it floats, you can literally let it drift in the pool while it plays. This makes it the ultimate beach and pool accessory. The rugged exterior is also designed to withstand accidental drops, ensuring it survives the bumps of a busy outdoor lifestyle.

PartyCast 2.0 Synchronization

Soundcore’s PartyCast 2.0 is a proprietary broadcasting protocol that allows one “primary” speaker to control an army of others. It works like a wireless master-slave system. You can connect over 100 Glow Mini (or other PartyCast-enabled) speakers together with a single button press.

The system synchronizes not just the audio, but the lighting effects as well. This allows you to create a massive, coordinated sound and light show. It’s the perfect solution for turning a small backyard gathering into a professional-grade event.

Bluetooth 5.3 Connectivity

Equipped with the latest Bluetooth 5.3 chipset, the Glow Mini offers a range of up to 100 meters in open spaces. It acts like a long-range, stable data bridge. This version of Bluetooth is more energy-efficient and provides a much stronger link, reducing the chances of your music stuttering if you move your phone.

It also supports faster pairing times and a more reliable connection to the Soundcore app. This ensures a frustration-free setup every time. You can stay connected to your speaker from across the house or the campsite without any signal drop-outs.

Soundcore App & Customizable EQ

The Glow Mini is one of the few mini speakers that offers full app integration. This gives you access to a professional-grade 6-band equalizer. It puts the mixing board in your pocket. You can choose from presets like “Voice” for podcasts or “BassUp” for your Friday night playlist.

The app also handles firmware updates, ensuring your speaker gets better over time with new features. It provides a level of control usually reserved for premium speakers. You can even set an auto-power off timer to save battery if you like falling asleep to music.
