The Xiaomi Faucet Water Purifier attaches to a compatible tap and provides a choice of filtered water, unfiltered water or spray. A rotary control changes the water mode for cooking preparation, washing dishes or rinsing produce. The unit operates without electrical power and measures 145.7 × 66 × 67mm, with an approximate net weight of 440g. Its compact ABS shell and translucent filter cover keep the assembly practical for an appropriate household tap.
The five-stage filtration arrangement uses stainless steel mesh, a diatomaceous ceramic filter, coconut shell activated carbon and non-woven fabric. These stages intercept particles and help reduce the substances identified in Xiaomi’s product information, including sand, rust and residual chlorine. The purifier is not a guarantee that any water source becomes safe to drink. Xiaomi explicitly advises against drinking water directly from the purifier. Follow the appropriate preparation of water for its intended use.
Four filters are supplied. The outer ceramic surface can be cleaned according to the manufacturer’s instructions, and Xiaomi recommends replacing each filter every three to six months. Water quality and total use affect the replacement interval. A stated initial flow of up to 3.4 litres per minute comes from testing at 0.2MPa; flow in a household installation can differ. The specified operating pressure is 0.1–0.4MPa, with a suitable water temperature of 4–50°C.
The pack includes M20 and M22 inner-thread adapters, M22 and M24 outer-thread adapters and a universal connector, plus installation accessories and documentation. Check the tap before installation: pull-out, sensor-operated and non-circular spouts are among the incompatible examples on the official page. The universal connector is intended for suitable 15–23mm spouts without an aerator. Remove the existing aerator where appropriate, choose the correct connector and secure the unit according to the manual. The package also supplies the filter cover, four filters, thread seal tape, installation wrench, sandpaper, sealing gaskets, user manual and warranty card. Follow the specified first-use flushing procedure before normal operation.
