The Xiaomi Smart Air Fryer 6.5L combines a roomy cooking basket with controlled hot-air circulation for everyday meals. Its 6.5-litre capacity gives you space to arrange food for several people, while the supplied grill adds another level for suitable dishes. Choose a preset on the appliance or use manual settings to adjust your cooking method. The LCD dial brings the controls together on the front, making it easy to check the selected programme and temperature as you prepare food.
A 360-degree convection system moves heated air around the basket. Xiaomi recommends avoiding liners and aluminium foil for the best circulation, so food can benefit from the intended airflow. The temperature range runs from 40 to 220°C, supporting different tasks from low-temperature preparation to hotter roasting. Twelve preset programmes provide starting points, and manual mode lets you choose settings for your own recipes. Cooking results depend on the ingredients, amount and arrangement, so check food as it cooks and follow suitable preparation guidance.
Connect the air fryer to the Xiaomi Home app over a compatible 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network to access more than 100 recipes and supported scheduling controls. A schedule can be set up to 24 hours ahead for supported programmes; defrosting, yoghurt and dried-fruit modes are excluded. An automatic warming function can hold suitable cooked food for up to 30 minutes. It does not apply to settings below 80°C or to the excluded vegetable, yoghurt, defrosting and dried-fruit programmes. These limits help you choose the right control for the dish.
The basket has a food-contact non-stick coating for easier cleaning, and the appliance pauses when the basket is removed. The body measures 389 × 287 × 317mm and weighs approximately 5.4kg. Its rated power is 1800W with a 220–240V, 50–60Hz supply. The package contains the air fryer, frying plate, grill and user manual. Follow the manual for placement, handling hot parts and cleaning, and keep the cooking chamber clear enough for air to circulate.
