Xiaomi Dual Zone Air Fryer 12L uses two vertically stacked cooking baskets to prepare larger meals while keeping its footprint narrower than a side-by-side design. Xiaomi also names this appliance Smart Double Stack Air Fryer 12L in its UK range. This EU version has a combined twelve-litre capacity and a rated power of 2800W for a 220 to 240V AC, 50 to 60Hz supply.
The upper and lower baskets provide separate cooking zones. Set the same time and temperature for both when preparing a matching dish, or use different settings for a main course and side dish. The SYNC function coordinates their finishing times. Supplied grills create additional cooking levels, allowing suitable combinations of four dishes to cook within the same appliance.
Hot-air circulation surrounds food during cooking, and the adjustable temperature range extends from 40 to 230 degrees Celsius. Fourteen preset modes provide starting settings for common foods and meal combinations. The manufacturer lists scheduling up to 24 hours ahead and an automatic keep-warm period of 30 minutes after cooking finishes. Wireless operation uses the 2.4GHz band. App features and available recipes depend on the supported regional service and connection.
The metal interior and non-stick basket surfaces make routine cleaning easier. Allow the appliance to cool before cleaning; the removable baskets and accessories are dishwasher-safe.
