The Xiaomi Dual Zone Air Fryer 10L makes it easier to prepare a main dish and a side in one appliance. Its Black housing contains two separate baskets: a 3.5-litre basket on the left and a 6.5-litre basket on the right. Each zone has its own heat source and settings, allowing different ingredients to cook together. The larger basket includes a grill rack, giving you additional flexibility when arranging a meal. Choose portions and spacing that allow hot air to move around the food.
Use the L+R control when you want both baskets to share the same temperature and duration. When the dishes require different settings, the SYNC function coordinates their finishing times. This helps bring the components of a meal together without repeatedly checking separate appliances. Nine preset modes cover foods such as fries, chicken drumsticks, steak, fish, vegetables, pizza and cake, alongside dried fruit and reheating. A custom M mode lets you adjust settings to suit your recipe and the quantity being prepared.
The cooking temperature range extends from 40°C to 230°C, supporting lower-temperature tasks as well as roasting. Circulating hot air distributes heat, and a light and audible reminder can prompt you to turn food when needed. Xiaomi lists a 2700W total power rating. Cooking time and results depend on the ingredients, their size and the basket load. Access to manufacturer recipes is provided through a QR code on the appliance; the accompanying sticker or card can vary between production batches.
A high-temperature-resistant metal interior and food-contact non-stick coating help with cleaning after use. Xiaomi lists the baskets and accessories as dishwasher-safe; follow the user manual for the appropriate cleaning procedure. Automatic power-off on basket removal and insulated handles support everyday handling. The appliance is rated for 220–240V at 50–60Hz. Its package includes the air fryer with a non-detachable power cord, one grill rack, two frying plates and the user manual. Position the unit securely with clearance for ventilation and allow hot components to cool before cleaning.
