Product details
The Xiaomi Smart Scent Diffuser brings adjustable fragrance spraying and ambient lighting to a home or office. Its light grey design combines a compact diffuser head with a compatible fragrance refill installed underneath. Fragrance liquid is purchased separately and is not included with the diffuser. Use the standard Xiaomi Smart Scent Diffuser Refill specified by the manufacturer.
The device provides three scent concentration levels from its power button. Default operation sprays for two seconds every 20 minutes at level one, every 15 minutes at level two and every ten minutes at level three. Connecting to the Xiaomi Home app allows the spray duration to be adjusted, giving 15 combinations of interval and duration for different preferences.
Ambient lighting supports a choice of 16 million colours and gradual brightness adjustment through the app. This makes it possible to change the light and fragrance settings independently to suit a desk, shelf or living area. Bluetooth low energy is listed as the wireless connection; this product should not be presented as a Wi-Fi diffuser.
Microwave motion sensing can trigger an additional three-second spray when movement is detected. Xiaomi describes a forward detection area of 120 degrees and a range of up to two metres. Person-detection spraying is disabled by default and must be enabled in the Xiaomi Home app. Placement and surroundings affect the useful detection area.
A rechargeable lithium-ion battery supports cordless placement between charges. USB Type-C charging requires 5V and 0.5A. The manufacturer reports approximately 50 days at level-one diffusion with lighting switched off. Lighting at full brightness gives approximately six hours, while fifty percent brightness gives around ten hours under its test conditions. These figures describe different operating settings rather than one universal runtime.
The PP diffuser head measures 74 by 74 by 75mm and has a net weight of 154g; these measurements do not describe the complete height with a refill installed. Place the assembled product upright on a stable surface with clear space above the nozzle. Keep it away from heat and direct sunlight, and do not rinse or submerge it. The official package includes the diffuser, charging cable, user manual and warranty notice. A compatible fragrance refill remains a separate purchase.
