The Xiaomi Smart Ceiling Light D30 provides adjustable white illumination in a slim circular fitting for indoor rooms. Its white housing measures 350mm across and 60mm deep, giving it a simple ceiling-mounted appearance. Xiaomi recommends a lighting area of 8–15 square metres for this model. Consider the room layout and other lighting when deciding whether that coverage suits your space.
Colour temperature adjusts from 2700K to 5700K, letting you choose a warmer evening tone or cooler white light for everyday activities. The specified luminous flux is 1700 lumens at 4000K and full brightness. That reference condition matters when comparing light output, because the appearance and level of illumination change with the selected settings and installation environment.
Custom full-spectrum LEDs and the optical structure are designed to distribute light evenly. Xiaomi specifies a colour rendering index of Ra97 at 4000K, with approximately one point of variation possible under different test conditions. A micro-prism design reduces glare, and the enclosed fitting has an IP50 dust-resistance rating. That rating describes dust protection; it does not establish suitability for water exposure or outdoor installation.
Built-in Wi-Fi connects the light to Xiaomi Home for smart controls such as brightness and colour-temperature adjustment. Compatible Alexa or Google Assistant equipment can also provide voice controls after the relevant setup. Those devices and services are separate from the ceiling light, and availability depends on the region and platform. A remote control is not included in the Global package and may be sold separately where available.
The D30 is rated at 30W, with a 100–240V supply at 50/60Hz and 0.33A. Its approximate net weight is 1.2kg. This is a wired ceiling fitting, so the supply cables need to be connected even though they may be hidden in the product photographs. Xiaomi specifies installation on concrete ceilings only. Arrange installation according to the supplied manual and the requirements of the location, then complete the connected setup. The package contains one ceiling light, three expansion screws, a user manual and warranty notice.
