Product details
The Mi LED Desk Lamp 1S is an adjustable white desk light for reading, study and computer work. Its slim light bar, circular base and metal hinge provide a simple shape for a desk or side table. This is the 1S generation, with a rated luminous flux of 520 lumens and a stated colour-rendering index of Ra90.
Brightness can be adjusted from one to one hundred percent. The white-light colour-temperature range is 2600 to 5000K, allowing a warmer setting for relaxed use or a cooler setting for a task. This lamp adjusts white-light temperature rather than producing coloured RGB lighting. A Fresnel lens helps distribute the light across the working area.
The built-in dial provides direct control without first opening an app. Pressing it switches the lamp on or off, turning it adjusts brightness, and pressing while turning changes colour temperature. The product overview also describes a double-press shortcut for Focus mode. Set the light to suit the task and position it to reduce unwanted reflections from a screen or glossy page.
Four listed lighting modes cover reading, computer use, children and focused work. The focus feature can provide a reminder to take a break. Xiaomi describes constant-current dimming designed to reduce visible flicker; this is a lighting feature rather than a promise of a medical benefit. Comfortable placement and regular breaks remain useful when working for long periods.
Wi-Fi connectivity uses the 2.4GHz band. Xiaomi Home and Apple HomeKit provide supported smart-control options, with the official overview also listing Siri, Google Assistant and Alexa integration. Compatible voice-control equipment is required separately, and app or assistant availability depends on the supported setup. The lamp has no built-in rechargeable battery.
Rated power is 9W, including the lamp and LED driver. The adapter’s listed input is 220 to 240V at 50 or 60Hz, while the lamp input is 12V at 0.8A. Xiaomi support lists expanded dimensions of 440 by 150 by 420mm, a lamp weight of 780g and an adapter weight of 115g. The package includes the lamp, adapter and instruction manual. Keep the lamp and power connections dry and follow the manual when adjusting or cleaning it.
