Product details
The UGREEN DigiNest Cube combines a power strip with a four-port USB charger. Three AC outlets sit alongside two USB-C ports and two USB-A ports, giving a single connection point for compatible mains-powered equipment and USB charging devices. This UK version uses a 1.8-metre extension cable to reach the intended mains socket.
The USB charging section supports a maximum output of 65W. UGREEN identifies it as suitable for charging compatible laptops and gives a MacBook Pro 13-inch charging example of approximately two hours. Actual results depend on the connected device, cable and charging arrangement. The USB output specification is separate from the function of the AC outlets and should not be interpreted as the power rating of the entire power strip.
The two USB-C ports provide connections for compatible modern charging cables, while the two USB-A ports accommodate other supported devices. When several USB devices are attached, charging power is shared according to the charger’s supported distribution. A laptop with a higher power requirement should be checked against the available USB output before other charging devices are added.
UGREEN identifies GaN III technology as part of the charging design. The power strip also includes safety shutters, overload protection and overcurrent protection, with a PC-V0 fire-resistant construction specification. These are product features intended to support normal use; the connected equipment and mains arrangement still need to be suitable for the power strip. The anti-slip design helps keep the unit positioned on a desk.
A single switch provides convenient control, and the extension cable gives more placement flexibility than a charger plugged directly into a wall socket. The Cube is useful when a desk needs both AC connections and USB charging in the same area. Confirm that the UK plug and outlet arrangement match your equipment, then use the AC and USB connections according to their respective ratings. The central attraction is a seven-connection layout with a clearly specified 65W USB charging section.
